Review - a bike tour in the country.
The full day of cycling in the countryside with Edmond was a wonderful experience and the highlight of our week in Holland.
He was an attentive guide, explaining all the interesting sights.
The castles and canals, rivers, lakes were just beautiful, and the little towns full of fascinating history.
He was skilled at pacing our group, stopping just when we need it to offer a delicious snack and a story or two.
The trip felt relaxed, and yet we saw a great deal of scenery and really got a good feeling for the countryside.
The highlight was climbing into the top of a working windmill, seeing how it still grinds wheat for flour and enjoying bread he made himself from the windmill flour.
Go with Edmond, you will be delighted.
